Happy 250th Birthday, America!
The Lauderdale Lakes Yacht Club is excited to host another spectacular fireworks celebration on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 9:30 PM on Don Jean Bay, with synchronized music broadcast on Radio Station 96.1 WLKG. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to Sunday, July 5, 2026.
This year is especially meaningful as our nation celebrates 250 years of independence. We hope to make this milestone fireworks display one of our most memorable yet, honoring America’s history, freedom, and the community spirit that brings us together.
This annual tradition is funded primarily through donations from lake residents and generous local businesses. We invite you to support the celebration by making a tax-deductible donation payable to the LLYC Safety & Education Fund. Every contribution helps determine the quality of the show and enhances the experience for all who enjoy it.
Donations of any amount are sincerely appreciated. Recognition will be provided on our website at the following levels:
$50–$99 — Sparklers
$100–$199 — Firecrackers
$200–$299 — Roman Candles
$300–$399 — Moonchasers
$400–$999 — Skyrockets
$1,000+ — Grand Finale
